What a nightmare... It's been a year since we renovated our old pool. The renovation process was a nightmare, with the construction team not appearing for sometimes days at a time. The pool was meant to be completed in two weeks and took twelve. It was left in a dirty state with a sharp, uneven fiberglass surface. We have replaced almost every aspect of the pool over the past year - including the pool filter and pipes this week. If I had to write a list of complaints it would take pages. There's not a day that goes by that I don't regret using that company.
