I ordered lights through Eagle Lighting in Hermanus who had to have them made up by Arc Lighting in Brackenfell. The incorrect order was sent by Arc Lighting to Eagle Lighting. I had the parcel picked up as it arrived at Eagle Lighting and it was only checked when I arrived home. To my dismay the order was incorrect. I immediately notified Eagle Lighting who confirmed with me that the correct order was placed at Arc Lighting. Eagle Lighting contacted Arc Lighting and ten minutes later I got a call from Margaret at Arc Lighting. The most rude, unprofessional person who blamed Eagle Lighting for giving me the incorrect goods. When I said the incorrect goods should never have left their factory I was then told that they (Arc) did not deal with customers or their problems. Neither Margaret or her company was prepared to accept the blame for the initial mistake. Margaret then lost her temper and manners and threw the phone down in my ear. Eagle Lighting contacted Dave from Arc to discuss my unhappiness where Dave's reply to Eagle Lighting - "You can shove your business up your ". Having this approach in business, I would advise anyone to steer clear of Arc Lighting.
