I have ordered a kitchen from Elan Kitchens. First contact with Arno Fouche was 18 July 2013. Quotation was accepted and his first empty promise of many was to start work on 1 Aug 2013 and completion 6 Aug 2013. I am today, October 14, 2013 still without a complete kitchen. After countless problems, too many to mention in this report, there is still no counter top installed. Arno Fouche has promised day after day, week after week that things will start to move to completion. I have already started legal action against him and his company, and still he does not show any eagerness to complete any work. The work done to date is vastly inferior in quality and I wish this kind of poor workmanship to nobody. He points finger to the suppliers with any hold-up and does not take any responsibility for incomplete work done. He does not offer any feedback on progress, unless specifically asked and phoned.
In my opinion this company should not be allowed to provide service to any potential kitchen client.
