A month ago we employed the services of Arno Fouche from Woodstone, a company who makes cupboards and kitchens. We were referred to him by Sandra Fouche, his sister from Cupboard talk. He came and promptly gave us quotes and drawings and asked for a percentage deposit. It has been over a month since that day. I'm currently sitting with an incomplete kitchen, with naked gaping cupboards. Since starting the job he been giving several excuses e.g his suppliers don't have wood supplies, then they have incorrectly cut the wood so they can't come in as the have to do corrections also that his workers are not around. His workers couldn't even connect a stove, after connection, it blew a fuse and was not working. Everyday we have to call and ask if he is coming, he replies yes but never pitches. On top of everything he has bad attitude. He gave us a work schedule that said completion would be 14 November 12013, it's currently 28 November now. I've never come across such terrible business ethic and such deception. I'm so angry and right now have even sought lawyers to find out what my rights are, as this is clearly breech of contract
