I have never in all my years as a consumer received such disgusting treatment. I had a kitchen installed by Woodcraft Kitchens in Pinetown (Cherry Road) in Jan/Feb 2012. The cupboards are already peeling (almost every one) and some joints are separating. I called Woodcraft Kitchens for the first time today and spoke with Leigh who was hostile from the start. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and she could not care less about my complaint. I then spoke to the company owner, Dave Bowden, who was equally hostile and unwilling to help. I was told that they were not even willing to inspect the work and that it was probably my domestic worker who is responsible for the deterioration of the kitchen!!?? I am completely flabbergasted at the response I have received from Woodcraft Kitchens. I would urge any potential clients to contact me to view their shoddy workmanship before contracting them to do any work. I can be contacted on 031 762 4822. It has only been just over a year and the kitchen is looking shoddy.
