POOR SERVICE AND BREACH OF CONTRACT

I paid Kitchen Factory to do my Kitchen, BIC for en-suite, and vanity, I was rushed to pay the 50% deposit in December 2012; I have the proof of payment with the promise that the work will start on the 16 January 2013. I had to call and send emails for Kitchen Factory to confirm the start date; I was told to pay the 30% of the remaining 50% for them to release the goods; I paid the 30%, they started working last week of January 2013. The owner Brian Gomes promised that they will finish all the work in 3-4 weeks. Most of the time I have to call to check when are they coming to finish working I will be promised and when they come they would be there for half a day and go. I the resorted to writing e-mails because I need all my conversations documented.
There are so many things that are wrong and not according to the agreed specification, when I enquire I am victimized, (emails from Mr Gomes are available). The outstanding amount is /-R3800.00. The work cost /-150 000.00.To cut the story short they are still not done, I had to send another mail after waiting 2 months for him to come finish working, now I am told to get other people to finish the work and use the R3800
