Aluminium Emporium fitted new aluminium windows throughout my house & one courtyard gate. After accepting the quote & Mr Parker's (the owner) story of impeccable after sales service, I discovered that he has a problem of service WHILE the contract is under way. As this took place during the Winter rains I accept that on a number of occasions work could not take place. However, on the perfect days when he promised to come he did not pitch up, many times, refused to answer his phone when called and never responded to messages left.
In the process of the windows & gate installation, one window frame was broken loose from the hinge, the gate he manufactured has very skew slats installed, one glass pane is cracked & bags of building rubble still remain on my property. I eventually contacted him & said I want these problems fixed & sorted immediately.
Once again after a number of promises to come, I still wait with my damaged aluminium window & door products.
I will however say that the windows he manufactured are of an excellent quality & well made.
The problem is the owner himself, Mr Parker, & his unethical & deceiving way of promising to be on site to complete work & not showing up.
