At the beginning of the year, I started with the construction of the rooms that I aim to rent out to the public & that was also the beginning of my relationship with Cashbuild. There were hiccups here & there relating to late deliveries, being over-charged for a single delivery & so forth. In one of the incidents I was not willing to pay for delivery because of the Cashbuild advert. I had heard on the radio about free delivery offered by the stores & no one was willing to listen & there came this gentleman, Matthews Mbabane. He listened to my frustrations & came up with a great resolution to the matter. Again, recently I bought 10.000 stock brick & was told to wait for a supplier to deliver, there was no time lines given, none-whatsoever. I then called Matthews & he asked me if it was okay if he organized the delivery the following day, Saturday May 11 & I obliged. I never had to remind him or anything like that, the next day as promised my bricks were delivered to my house. I can highlight many more incidents that Matthews jumped in & resolved without panic, & in all these occasions he was spot-on. I hope Cashbuild management, realize & appreciate the great difference he makes.
