I have a 10 week old Scottish Terrier puppy who pees a lot so needed a dog flap installed in my front door urgently. I ordered one from Windoor in Cape Town and when it hadn't arrived as promised, was quite disappointed, Thankfully Rob Jones of Windoor took control and traced the parcel through the courier company. After his help it was delivered the next day! Thank you Rob for going the extra mile!
