Frustrated - completely disorganised

Having read through other customer complaints, I should have been weary about using Windoor. My story reads like many others.
I approached Windoor in December 2012, and as I write, my fairly simple installation is finally underway,
Firstly - don't be fooled by the website prices. My happy door set is listed at around R3500, while my total cost is around R17000. Extras include glass, sealing, handles, lock, R6500 for installation alone.

Story: I approach Windoor. I pay R350 for them to come to a quote. They send quote. I pay 60% mid-Feb. I hear nothing. 6 weeks later they tell me the quote was wrong, and I must pay more. I pay more deposit, but I see some items are duplicated on both quotes. I ask for clarification. I hear nothing. I email, I phone. nothing.
then they say they will credit me for the duplicate items. then, by miracle, I get email that the door is ready (its a standard door - nothing special). but I must settle before they can install (what I must pay before I even see the thing?)
they send a 'final statement' It is soo wrong on almost every line. I ask for a new one - still nothing.
installation date changed twice at last minute - after me reshuffling mtgs etc.
