Windoor and its owner Jon Jon have delivered us the worst product, the worst service aswell as found the best excuses we've come across for their incompetence regarding our order with them.
We paid for our flats windows, doors and sliding doors, only to have them delivered over a month past the promised completion date. The items were delivered damaged and only partially finished along with a bad attitude by owner Jon-Jon. The cheek with which he finds one excuse after another to defend his inferior product (which looks nothing like it does in their showroom) is mind boggling. He blames homeowners, contractors, suppliers in Durban and so forth. After waiting weeks to get damaged, unsealed, cracked doors and windows repaired by his " team", for which he emailed us a formal appointment notice (fancy), he drops off one member of his staff, holding a plastic bag in his hand containing a little roller brush and a cloth. When asked where the filler, sandpaper, silicon, etc is, he just shook his head and said: "thats all the boss gave me".
Jon-Jon has already informed me that he is going to respond to these ongoing complaints by passing the blame to builders and homeowners. Nice!
