I wish I read the other peoples negative responses on HelloPeter before I went to Windoor.. I will NEVER use them again, nor recommend them to anyone!
Firstly, we ordered a sliding/stacking door from them in May. 15 May we paid our deposit. We haven't heard back from the (worst) salesperson, EVER! My husband and I phoned a couple of times, and he never remembered who we are.. Suddenly, we received an email last week Tuesday, saying our installation will take place on the Wednesday. Wonderful. Our builders broke our wall down the Wednesday morning to make place for this 4m door that had to arrive that day... at 14h56 the wednesday afternoon, I receive an EMAIL from this salesperson, apologizing that he had the wrong client and our door has not even been delivered to their showroom... It's a week later, and we're still living in a house with a 4m hole in the wall., which our builders had to close up (extra work from them).. I can go on forever on how bad service we got from them, and not to talk about the MASSIVE amount of money we spent.. For that amount of money, the LEAST you can expect is good service...
