Please read all complaints on HP, because my story is pretty much the same, and it is quite funny that Windoor has an excuse for all complaints as listed from previous consumers. Maybe its time for Windoor's management to have a good look at all the complaints and maybe stop blaming clients for their internal problems.
From incorrect sizes provided to them through their own installer and incorrect sizes made to order to delays in getting the final product in time from their supplier being National Glass. I have installation problems that remains unattended by the installer. Even the installer doesnt answer my calls when he sees my number. Windoor is not the manufacturer and is a agent for National Glass. However as the process continued the price went up by more than R30k. Having your deposit paid upfront makes it extremely difficult to cancel any order with them. I don't need and explanation from Windoor as the excuse will probably be the same as all their previous correspondence. I have only now had time to read the complaints and responses and its a JOKE. All I can say if you need any frames, aluminium window and doors, Windoor should be the last company you should use
