We filled in an application form under the pretense that it is just for checking how much we qualify for, we were told we quilify for R100000 to buy building materials. so we were not in a rush we wanted to get a contractor that will do the renovations for us before we redeem the amount we qualified for. however the debit orders went off on the R100000 debt which we did not sign for. We requested that the deal be cancelled as we paying for things we did not buy, its been over two weeks now without any feedback from DIY. Another debit order went off and we still dont know when this will be cancelled, i work 7days a week so i dont have time to go there and confront them. This is really disgusting that debit order can go off and yet we have not signed any contracts we only signed the application form.
