The lack of service from the garden department at Builders Warehouse in Rivonia.
On the 3rd January I went into the store and ordered picket fencing. It was written in a book and I was told I would be contacted when the fence arrived.
I went into the store a week later, saw another man who told me the suppliers had not delivered, but I would be contacted me when the delivery was made.
I went a 3rd time into the store on the 16th Jan and again asked about the picket fence, I got the same story that the supplier had not delivered. I asked for the suppliers tel no. and I phoned them, in Cape Town and was told that no one had placed the order.. The supplier was going to send the rep around and take the order and I should get my picket fence "next week" that was 3 weeks ago.
The fact is that I still don't have the picket fence that I ordered so many weeks ago, and no one gets back to me.
I find this service unacceptable and totally unprofessional.
