Builders warehouse must pride themselves with empty promises. This past weekend 05 Oct 2013 I had to return another brand new item to them to have it replaced. The staff blame the suppliers and take no accountability, I bought 2 X Camp Master moon chairs, only when I got to the camp site did I see the one was not complete and had missing parts. This I would have overlooked as I returned it the Sunday and was promised an email will be sent to Camp Master and they will CC me on the email, guess what still waiting, less than a month ago I had to return a Pool motor due to missing parts in the sealed weir compartment. The driving and time wasting and all the staff at Builders Warehouse say it is not their fault but the suppliers, so if I have an issue with that I should go to the suppliers. I am appalled as I pay builders and not Camp Master, builders have a markup that they keep, I am really disgusted as to how I am treated as a client.
