I ordered a bunk bed via their website for my children on 27th August 2013 and my credit card was immediately debited for almost R8000. I received an email from their sales consultant informing me that the order would be delivered within 4-5 working days.
I heard nothing from them. On the 5/09/2013 (7working days) I emailed them and requested status. No response. I then phoned and was assured that the bed had arrived & was being unpacked for shipment. On 10/09/2013 no bed no contact again I emailed - ignored and then phoned & was assured the bed was on express delivery. On 12/09/2013 I again phoned to check status & was told no stock had arrived. I asked for a refund on my credit card to be refunded.
As of today 17/09/2013 no refund has been forthcoming despite being assured it was refunded. I am opening a case of with SAPS today and have listed them with VISA & Mastercard as online.
