My interaction with Builders Warehouse was troublesome from the get go. I paid for cupboards which was delivered with 2 doors missing as well as gas lifts (which was later found in there storeroom). Once the sales person and manager inspected my house, they said I would be able to get the doors, only once the factory opened in the 3rd week of January. When the 3rd week came, no one contacted me, I had to (unacceptable). It took a further 2 weeks to get the doors. Since I paid for delivery with the initial sale I expected the doors to be delivered, but was told I can pick it up. No one kept me informed about anything throughout the process. The manager, Jason was supposed to get back to us on delivery but never did. And when I picked the cupboards up, he was conveniently not in. If that is the case, they could have called me to let me know. The customer service is dreadful. There was no apology or trying to make it right. Rather I was made to feel guilty that they would now have to pay the factory for the doors, which really is none of my concern. I didn't need to be informed of that. I will not be recommending the Cape Gate branch to anyone
