Asked for service of my 300L Suntank in July 2013, had no feed back so far on my request, Previous they serviced the tank, billed me and I did an EFT, now they want payment in full and then they will come and do the service when it suites them, there are enough out there and I am willing to pay 50% up front and the rest on completion of service.
No response - If I pay 100% upfront they will come when I tell them to come.
