Unhelpful staff, badly run shop

Staff at Builders Warehouse Rivonia Road are always unhelpful and unfriendly. Act like you are punishing them when you ask for help.

There also always seems to be a massive queue at this branch.

I've never had a good experience at this hardware store and recommend avoiding using them as often as possible.
