I was looking for a Zen Candle Holder. The first MrP Home I went to was at Festival Mall, Kempton Park. We enquirer about the product and asked a staff member to look on the system where else I could get this item. She pretended to look on the computer and told me nowhere!!! Another staff member said to order online. I did so, but could only get 1 item, and was told to contact the costumer care to find out which shops have in stock. They gave me a list of shops I should contact myself. I got through to MrP Home in Boksburg super. The lady, Gladys was very helpful and told me that their stock is unfortunately broken, but have arranged for Zambezi to keep for me. I ordered the 1 on line to pick up at Greenstone. It arrived there broken! The staff under management of Bongani, immediately looked where else they could find me the items. Within in a day, they managed to source it, and HAVE IT AT THE GREENSTONE BRANCH! I got there today, and he managed to have 5 of these candle holders there so that I could choose! WOW! Thank you Bongani and team! It was an absolute pleasure! Your service cannot not be improved upon and your energy, friendliness and willingness was impressive!!!
