I went to greenstone pnp to do shopping on wednesdsy evening with my wife. we got to the store at 17:30 and started shooping. what i understand is that the store will start closing its doors 15minutes before the close up time. this was different. as we went shopping an announcement was made and we hurried a little and forogt critical stuff in our grocery list. as we were approaching the till area and from nowhere a young man and lady approached us and said theyv already closed and we must leave our trolley and come back the next day as the cashiers have already cashed in. i simply ignored them as i am still in the store and making my way to the pay point. is this the way pnp treats its customers? i mean really this is the second time im having such horrible service with pnp. dont you have means for staff to just finish off people left in the store or is it just the way you operate. whites arent treated this way and why do blacks treat blacks with such up attitude. u have just lost yourself a customer and u can take your smart shopper and shove it where the sun dont shine coz this is.
