Expired home account card

Upon hearing about the home account from my friend/flatmate. I took the initiative and applied for it on the 08th of August and I qualified for an amount of R55000 .Proper procedures were followed or so I thought and I received and signed for the NEW card on the 12th of august. After numeruous attempts to access my funds at the ATM, I was told by the card division which I had been liasing with for a consecutive 72hours (after receiving my card) that my card had expired, Which had me fuming as I had been giving them my card number for verification in the past conversations we had.

I had expressed my need to use these funds at a Casbuild near home in the Eastern Cape as I planned to renovate at home, I was futher mistreated by the two ladies I spoke to at Card division for expediting my process of transferring these funds to the new card tht I had to collect at Cashbuild in NorthRiding. YES it's a loan that I am repaying at 31% interest. I deserve far better service than this, I am a customer, A paying customer at it and my age, race or level of education cannot disqualify that.

I need to make these people aware of the incompetence that has greatly inconvenienced me in the worst way
