I made a payment to my card account in December and was advised by the staff member at ABSA that the funds would be available within two working days.
I have subsequently sent 4 e-mails to the relevant department since the 4th of Jan but have only received an automated response.
I telephoned the Card Division and was told that the funds would not be available, despite this being confirmed to me in December.
I desparately need access to these funds and would love to get finality to this matter.
