Shocking Service and no response

On 17th of June me&my Husband visited the store to get a kitchen quote, the lady doing the quote seemed very uninterested and unfriendly, when asking for a suggestion all we received was a grunt like response we chalked this up to working on a public holiday. A week went by and we still had not received a quote, I called the store and was told she was in a meeting so I left a message for the lady to call me back - no return call was received, I then called the following day and she told me the email bounced, questioned why she didn't call us (as she had our number) I wasn't met with a response. After providing her with a different email and after finally getting the quote, which me we were quite happy with I requested that if she could get me a quote with wrapped doors which I realized would increase the cost of the quote, I was told that this is outsourced and would cost more, in which she replied (on email) that it would take time to get the quote from the wrapped doors and she is too busy to send a FAX to the supplier (REALLY! How long does a fax take to send a minute?) I never received any further communication Since 26 June penny pinchers obviously don't need the business
