I called UNISA for a quote in the 4th of Feb and dealt with numerous people who even had email exchanges with me over I quote which I telephonically requested, then via am email address. I was told that the quote will be email. When I never received the quote I called again, to which you can never get through to any numbers. The people I dealt with are as follows: on my first call was: Isabel Mahlangu to which she never send the quote even after constant emails, then next person was (Ntseleng Mokoena), also I still never received a quote. Today is the 19th of Feb and still nothing. This is bad communication of not returning emails or not being bale to provide the information required and I cannot keep calling as well. The department I was told to deal with were: (General Applications and Registration queries on 012 441 5888 and College of Economic and Management Science on 012 441 5700 - this number is always engaged
