NO TOKENS FORWARDED SINCE 21h00

This soo called UNIPIN is nothing but a service. We bought vouchers for this meter number 1412425840 and tried to recharge from 21h00 yesterday until now the tokens are not yet forwarded to us. We slept with out supper and we still can not have breakfast but we paid R200 for vouchers. There is no direct customer service line to get through them you have to call blue label who will ford a query through email. This company is absolutely incompetent to supply electricity and useless.
