This is a followup of the complaint that I submitted previously, the Barrington lounge with chipping leather.
We spoke to th assistant manager, Charles and he said he will exchange the lounge but it must be same price as the barrington lounge, the problem is they have a lounge suit at 29999.95 and the barrington was 24999.95.
Charles told me that they can exchange but if it is more than 24999.95, but we will have to pay the difference and if it is less, they wil only refund up to 10000.00.
My problem is that we dont have 5000.00 extra for the new lounge, now we are stuck with damaged goods because we cannot pay 5000.00 to get a new lounge.
can we arrange to pay the 5000.00 aside monthly or do we need to pay 5000.00 that we did not budget for.
