In January 2013, I contracted ShowerHaus to make a custom shower door for my bathroom. I was told this would take 10 to 14 days. After a month I was still waiting so I contacted them. they finally came to install and had manufactured the panels with the incorrect hole alignment, which was to fit onto their own panel. This took another 2 weeks before they returned to install. During installation, the person installing attempted to drill through my victorian cast iron enamel bath not realizing what he was doing as he commented that he could not get through. I had a meeting with the owner and showed him this and he did agree to pay for the repair to the bath, and for this I am thankful. He has paid for this. However, we are almost in July and the glazing which I have paid for in full has still not been installed or received. All attempts to ask ShowerHaus to come and complete this job, are in vain. I would really like them to give me some feedback regarding this matter.
