DO NOT TRUST LIBRA's BATH GUARANTEE: not honoured

Libra Manager (although inquired many times, still do not have his details) no NOT honour ANY Guarantee!

A new bath Elegancia has been installed and AFTER 4 month a Crack appeared!
The bath was installed on the 17th of April and the crack appeared on the 13th of August 2013.

After installation while removing the plastic foil and cleaning it, filling for the first time bath was inspected there was NO crack. The crack is vertical and not horizontal: nothing under the bath is pressing against it. The protecting plastic-foil was left on until the end of the job. In the meantime only the owner of the property used the bath for its purpose only. All working installation has been documented with pictures.

Libra guarantee was NOT honoured the bath is of inferior quality. Only after a lot of arguing Mails, LIBRA finally agreed to come out & have a look - a 'repair' on the crack had to be arranged with a service rec by LIBRA (they have somebody on standby!) was paid by the customer! But looking worse & also yellow now!

Disgraceful customer support on a clearly inferior bath! We certainly won't be purchasing a Libra bath for our next bathroom :-(
