Impeccable After Sales Service

I had bought a toilet in March once installed a small leak appeared underneath.
I phoned Johannes our salesman who immediately arranged with the management and the stores plumber to swap it out.
A toilet was flown in from East London but to our surprise the leak disappeared the day it arrived.

Forward to today the leak reappeared, over the long weekend. I again called, and Johannes answered, who remembered me, asked for my telephone number to find all my details, again he and his manager arranged a swap out immediately with Eric their plumber.

Unfortunately they had no stock of the toilet we bought, so we went into store, and got to choose another toilet off the floor, which Eric then came to our home the very next morning to install.

The only word that comes to mind right now is outstanding.
I have never had such fantastic after sales service from any large chain in South Africa.
