Horrible service and no feedback

On the 1st of this month, I reported a leak in my toilet and was promised to get someone sent to my flat to come fix the problem. As of today no one has even had the decency to contact me as to what is happening. This whole weekend I had to mop out a flooded toilet, which is so unhygienic and an unhealthy exercise. I call in again this morning and Thuthula Konono who is suppose to be the administrator for the complex, tells me in not such such a friendly and willing to help tone " Sasha is in a meeting this morning and there's nothing I can do for you, just wait for someone to call you". Even though I'm frustrated and explaining to her, she just could not be bothered. I should not really be surprised though with her response because, that's the only way she knows how to respond to the tenants. So I ask, what do I do with a flat filled with dirty toilet water? Where do I go to get some service at Own Haven? because this office clearly does not care about the cheap material on our flats that keep braking every second day, and this is my fifth time calling in for one problem or the other and getting beans before I have to throw my toys to get any form of help, which I pay for.
