I had a leak on my outbuilding toilet. I remembered that i had recently heard an advert on my way to and from work on 702 from this Plumbing Company. I called and made an appointment for them to come and fix my tiolet. Big mistake. I returned home to a bill of R1 700.00 including a call out fee which was never discussed with me when i initially called. What annoyed me the most is the attitude of the Plumber whose name was on the invoice. The final cherry on top was when they called me for the customer satisfaction survey. I asked the lady that called me and the plumber how much would it cost me to buy and install a brand new toilet if a leak cost me R1 700.00. I told her i was not happy at all but guess what? do you think they care? No call back they just debited their money from my account and that was the last i heard from them. My advice. Don't be fooled by the good adverts they don't think twice when they rip you off.
