We bought a toilet set at Chamberlain, Silver Lakes for our bushveld holiday home. The plumber installed the incorrect seats in the respective toilets. The problem with the seat of the Vaal toilet is that it has plastic straps to fit the seat, which cannot be reused once it is removed. We approached Chamberlain to buy new straps so that we can switch the toilets seats. We spoke to Johan, who was extremely helpful. Following enquiries by Johan, Vaal said that we must buy a new seat for R 800.00, which is totally ridiculous. Johan went beyond the call of duty and managed to trace the supplier of the toilet seat straps. These straps were supplied by the supplier without any cost. This is why we shall always support Chamberlain for their outstanding customer service. Thank you Johan for your outstanding assistance.
