Andrew estimated a charge of "about 2 hours" to fix a leaking garden tap, swap 2 taps around and fix a leaking kitchen mixer. after missing the first appointment a chap came the following week, worked for 2 hours and AWS sent an invoice which i paid the next day.
the garden tap is still leaking, so is the kitchen mixer and Andrew either doesn't take my calls or answers and promises to phone back "in 10 minutes" but doesn't do so.
why are these artisans so useless?
