Called Jacques from Oxy doors as he installed a wooden garage door at my home - the hinges are breaking and its starting to pull out of the walls - serious safety risk. He refused to meet to discuss and inspect his work as he installed 1, 5 years ago and there is only a 1 year warranty. I offered to pay for the portion of service etc that would be for my account and he told me to find someone else to sort out the issues, and neither I or the builder should attempt calling him back - he then hung up!
