Purchased 2 Wispeco garage doors with Centurion motors from Jacques at Oxy Doors in November 2012. Within 3 months the doors started to squeak loudly. Complained to Jacques, who advised me to lubricate doors with Q20. This did not work. Called Jacques again, and was told by him that this was normal. Refused to accept this explanation, and contacted Wispeco directly. Spoke to a very competent lady Aniko Roebuck, who advised that Jacques was speaking nonsense. Was told by Aniko to tell Jacques that if he needed their help to resolve the issue, they would provide it. At this point Jacques became belligerent and refused to honor the guarantee / warranty - indicated that since I contacted Wispeco directly, I should continue with them in my own capacity - which I did. Wispeco sent one of their teams out, and the issue was resolved immediately. Bad attitude and lack of professionalism is all you'll get from Jacques Surwen and Oxy Doors, coupled with a pass the buck mentality.
