Two days ago my laptop suddenly stopped booting up. I know a fair bit about fixing computers so I attempted to solve the problem myself. After a few hours I gave up and called Dell support. After diagnosing the problem over the phone they sent through a technician the following day. He arrived at my office and replaced my faulty motherboard within an hour. Overall the customer experience was superb - all the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. Well done Dell :)
