I booked in my HP Envy 14 Notebook PC with LMR on 25 March 2013 with Reference Number 48984270. I have called in more than 5 times to check on the status of the item and have been told that it's waiting assessment still. If I receive no feedback by the end of today 15 April 2013, I will be coming to collect my unit from you despite the repair not being carried out.
I cannot believe that you can't even quote me in a repair within 3 weeks of me booking in the unit, what the is wrong with your staff and supply chain? HP should de-authorize you as an authorized repair agent for EMEA.
No feedback today = Me coming to collect it tomorrow with a very angry expression on my face!
