Hi There,
I purchased a new laptop in December from Acer. I was told that I can upgrade my Windows from version 7 to 8 free on charge. I would have to pay for it initially but Acer would reimburse and send the money back into my account. This was a promo they were running at the time. I did that and paid for the goods myself. They promise to pay you back after 6 weeks. It's been almost 3 months and I have still not received my money that they owe me. I have sent numerous emails but nobody ever gets back to me. I just want this to get sorted as soon as possible.
