I went into matrix to buy a 4/5 button wireless mouse, and as i entered the shop the male technician burped out so loud that even my 2 year old son commented on it, after spending a good 5 minutes looking through the mouse selection on the wall and i was just about to walk away cause i saw that there were no mouse devices that i was looking for, just the standard 3 button, the 2 people with a "slap-" attitude lent over the work/repair desk and halfheartedly asked can they help and i responded with my request and i got a very bunt NO we don't have and ignored me further, and the best of all i turned around i saw the R.A.T 5 and 7 mouse devices on another shelf and if they had to have offered me a wired 4 or 5 button mouse i would and bought it, right there and then cause i was in desperate need of a mouse
I've also on other times I've been to this branch received the same attitude from the same people, one time i need a power supply and found what i was looking for, not one person asked if they can help and found the technician playing World of Warcraft and the lady at the counter watching some tv series.
unfortunately I've had enough, i will not go back there eve
