Well I never really complain but wow, this company sure is the pits. I have been trying to transfer a domain for three weeks now and still no resolution, they claim the person on who's profile the domain is registered must give instructions but he has already written them to explain that I may handle his account.
I have even forwarded that email to them showing that he has given consent but the mere fact that I have to wait so long for a response is beyond me. If it was a technical query or something that required resources then sure I could wait but it's a billing enquiry!!!
