We went to CTFM in Century City, Canal walk, this morning. Whilst not enjoying our sushi, we find a dead mouse under one of our chairs (booth). We calmly inform a waiter, who responds, "Oh, sorry", picks the mouse up, discards of it and goes on about his business. The manager and the owner bare witness to this, along with other patrons. Nothing... I go to the till to pay and the Manager is there - Still nothing... I then say to the Manager, "I hope Im not going to be billed for the dead mouse! " He grins, assists waitress with our bill and walks off. I would have expected an apology from someone in authority and maybe, a hint of embarrassment. But Nothing!! Low Low Standards all round!! WOW!!
