Booked ticket to go to see wolf of wall street
Remember it was in cinema 6. We seat ourself and I start looking around and notice a mouse walking on the lefr side of the wall and the mouse hurried off into the large hole in this wall. I wenr to report it to tge manager and staff and was horrified as they thought it was quite funny. They then told me that ecolab was there to assist. I as a customer who just paid nearly 300 rand for 5 tickets had to assist the ecolab men to where I saw the mouse. My family and I could not enjoy the movie at all. Wondering whether the rodents would fall onto us or crawl past our feet. Im disgusted by this aswell as the attitude by your staff. We always come out to Eastgate for movies but this was a bad experience and definitely not hygienic at all. Im disgusted by your cinemas and staff. Sies
