My qualms are were Centurion Technology and Genius both.

I bought a Genius DeathTaker gaming mouse from Centurion Technology last year around October. I had the mouse for 3 days when the Right Mouse Button stopped working. I was at an annual LAN Expo (rAge) and managed to swop the mouse for the same type there from Genius themselves. Several months later, the right mouse button stopped working, and I took it to Centurion Technology asking if I can exchange it for a different mouse as there is obviously something wrong with the product. They said it is not possible because I did not exchange the mouse with them and rather went directly to Genius. They replaced it however with a new one, same make. Last week the Right mouse button stopped working. Now I insist on a different mouse. Centurion Technology/Genius says because the date of purchase is 7 months ago, they cannot swop it for a different one and want to replace it with the same model.

It's likely that I will have troubles again with the right mouse button as this has happened 3 times now, but will be outside warranty soon. Yet they are determined to replace my defective product with another defective product.
