Gamer Mouse Replacement GX Gaming

I've recently had quite a bad experience with Computerzone here in Klerksdorp. About 7 months ago I bought a Genius GX Gaming Gila Gamer mouse for R800 rand from them, recently the mouse stop receiving proper power to it, I went back to Computerzone to ask them to replace the mouse for me as there is nothing else wrong with it. Gave them all the packaging and disks that I originally got with the mouse back.

It has been a week, and they haven't even sent the mouse back to the Manufacturer (Genius). I'm a 3D Designer, and as of at the moment, I can't do my work properly as I don't have a mouse, every day waiting for them to come back to me, costs me money.

This however isn't the first time, I've received poor service from them before. I've inquired about NVIDIA Graphics Card prices and cards before, and even though the person at the front desk took my name and number, they never responded again.
