Poor quality product and return policy

Ordered a relatively expensive remote control to replace cheap knockoff I had. Turns out that the knockoff is better quality despite costing less than 10% of the Rebeltech Product.

Return policy does not make provision for return of unsatisfactory product, and it took almost three weeks to get a response from company representative.
