I have bought hair extensions from Glamorhair and when I got the hair it wasn't at all what I ordered. I then swopped it for other hair and now this is even worse. I have requested my money back. But now they are refusing to give my money back (R599.00 as now they claim a "no refund policy") and there's also no Invoice.
Their refund policy is under their terms and conditions on their website. No where on their website does it say that should I not be totally satisfied with the quality of the product, "as the quality is below standard" Will I not be able to return the product for a full refund. The product doesn't match the product description and photos on their website and as for the quality I won't even say anything about it.
They battled to understand what I required and I even send them Pictures of what I wanted and still they didn't deliver what I ordered. The colour of their hair doesn't even match with my hair after I sent them photos of my hair.
I am taking this matter further.. thought I will just inform the public of this company. [URL Removed]
