I bought some more RAM from Rebel Tech. The website stated that it was 2x2Gb modules, and this was show on the invoice as well. When i received the product only one 2Gb module came. I spoke to the sales guy about this and he told me that they do not supply a 2x2Gb module. I was confused by this and showed him at the invoice said differently. He admitted to me they had just updated their system and this product no longer showed hence the confusion. He also said he will ship another 2Gb module to make up the order free of charge.
Companies can make mistakes but there are very few companies who will admit to a mistake on their side and then correct it by sending what you ordered for free. Which is a R478 product. Rebel Tech has always given great service, competitive prices and a great selection of products. Will definitely be shopping at this company again!
