CNA online service pass the buck

A month ago I pre ordered SimCity collectors edition R499.90 they delivered StarCraft Heart of the Swarm. After a MONTH of contacting CNA online (They never called back within 24 hours as promised) they finally told me they no longer have stock but can offer me Limited edition R399.90 instead and a refund of R100 which I accepted. A week later still no refund so I called again on Thursday And spoke to Carroll I think who promised to escalate to her manager and will call in 24 hrs. Guess what I'm still waiting. Here is my ref no.1303130034/GO .
I have 64 games all purchased from CNA stores which adds up to approximately R25600.00 to give you an idea of the sort of customer I WAS .I say WAS because I will never set foot in CNA or any Edcon store ever again. Our relationship has been destroyed. Now go ahead reply with one of your usual platitudes I don't expect my refund from you. It may be only R100 which is nothing to me but it is the principle especially after all the trouble I went through to get what I had already paid for. GOODBYE!
